Dos Wall Hook – modern shape and highly durable material

The Dos wall hook is an option for anyone looking for fittings that combine a pared-back, geometric line with high-quality workmanship. This model features a modern profile that makes it not only a practical place to hang clothes but also an important decorative accent on any wall. Dos is a double wall hook with a distinctive vertical shape, suitable for jackets, bags, towels, dressing gowns and everyday accessories – at home as well as in an office, hotel or commercial premises.

The Dos collection offers four carefully selected finishes: classic gold, refined brushed gold, deep black and modern pearl grey. The brushed finish is particularly valued for its satin sheen, which diffuses light attractively and is practical for everyday cleaning, as minor smudges are less visible on it. Thanks to its versatile style, this model is an attractive finishing touch for both modern and classic interiors and keeps its immaculate appearance for a long time.

Why Dos?

Choosing this model is an investment in details that combine durable material with timeless design. ZnAl alloy is much more resistant to deformation than lighter plastic alternatives.

The Dos series has been designed for a wide range of uses – from corridors at home and modern kitchens to demanding hotel and office spaces. The ergonomic shape of the profile holds hanging items securely, which makes everyday use much more convenient and helps you organise your space efficiently.

Suitable uses and interiors

Dos in gold works well in hotel corridors and elegant hallways, where a tall gold hook is a distinctive, luxurious finishing detail. In reception areas and commercial premises, gold Dos conveys the quality and standard of the space. Brushed gold suits offices and premises where the gold should be bold but resistant to the marks of heavy daily use by many people. Black Dos is right for modern and industrial commercial spaces – a tall black shape on a white wall makes a precise, architectural accent. Pearl grey is an option for neutral and minimalist spaces, where the hook should be practical and discreet.

Dos and Celma – two tall, vertical ZnAl hook shapes

Dos (43 × 73 × 77 mm, gold / brushed gold / black / pearl grey, home / office / hotel) and Celma (21 × 51 × 86 mm, gold / black / pearl grey, bathroom / kitchen / hallway) are two vertically elongated ZnAl hooks. Dos is taller (73 vs 51 mm) and wider (43 vs 21 mm), but has a slightly shorter projection (77 vs 86 mm). Dos comes in brushed gold, which is not available for Celma. Celma is slimmer and longer – its narrow 21 mm profile with 12 mm hole centres is suitable for fitting between tiles. Dos, with its wider 43 mm profile, is a bolder shape on the wall. Their uses partly overlap, but Dos is aimed more at public and office spaces, while Celma more often works well in home interiors.

FAQ – frequently asked questions Show more ▼

Will the Dos hook hold a heavy winter coat?

The Dos hook is designed for everyday use for clothes, bags, towels and accessories, but its final strength depends above all on the type of wall, the wall plugs chosen and correct fitting. For heavier coats, bags or backpacks, we recommend fitting it to a solid mounting surface, e.g. concrete, brick, wood or a reinforced board.

What is the difference between the gold and brushed gold finishes?

Gold usually has a smooth, shinier surface. The brushed version has delicate, lengthwise lines on its surface created during processing, which give it a satin, matt character and hide fingerprints better.

Are fixing components included?

Standard fixing screws are supplied with the wall hook. Choose the wall plugs yourself to suit the type of mounting surface, as different fixings are used for concrete, brick, wood, furniture board and plasterboard.

How much does the Dos hook weigh?

A single item weighs approx. 78 g. That is a solid weight resulting from the ZnAl alloy construction, which you can feel in your hand from the moment you first touch the product.

How do I fit the Dos wall hook?

The Dos hook should be fitted to a solid mounting surface, e.g. a wall, panel, wood or furniture board. Before fitting, choose the spot, hold the hook against the surface and mark the points for the fixing holes with a pencil. When fitting to a wall, drill the holes and use wall plugs suitable for the type of mounting surface, e.g. concrete, brick, wood or plasterboard.

Then screw the hook on firmly, making sure it is straight and does not move from side to side. When fitting to furniture or a panel, choose the screw length so that the screws do not go right through the material. Once fitting is complete, gently move the hook to check that it is securely fixed.

Can the Dos hook be fitted to plasterboard?

Yes, but you need to use wall plugs or fixings designed specifically for plasterboard. Standard wall plugs for concrete or brick may not provide sufficient stability. If the hook will be used for heavier jackets, bags or backpacks, it is best to fit it in a reinforced spot or choose fixings to suit the planned load.

Is the Dos hook suitable for the bathroom?

Yes, the Dos hook can be used in the bathroom as a towel hook or for a dressing gown or small accessories. However, avoid prolonged contact with standing water and dry the surface with a soft cloth after water splashes. Regular cleaning and drying help to keep the finish looking good.

Where is the best place to fit the Dos hook?

The Dos hook works well in a hallway, walk-in wardrobe, bathroom, office, hotel or commercial premises. You can use it for jackets, bags, towels, dressing gowns or everyday accessories. When fitting several hooks next to each other, it is a good idea to leave enough space between them so that items can be hung comfortably.

Available colours	Gold, brushed gold, black, pearl grey
Dimensions	Width 43 mm, height 73 mm, projection 77 mm

Everyday cleaning	Soft microfibre cloth, dry or slightly damp; at 73 mm high, the hook has a large front surface – wipe along its full height and width; dry with a dry cloth after cleaning with a damp one
Gold and brushed gold	Smooth gold – dry immediately after contact with water, wipe regularly; brushed gold – wipe in the direction of the brushing, more resistant to visible signs of use; for both versions, avoid metal cleaners and organic acids
Black	Wipe regularly under heavy use in offices and hotels; at 73 mm high, the large black front surface is particularly prone to showing fingerprints in side lighting
