Bola Wall Hook – minimalist shape and durable construction

The Bola wall hook is an option for anyone looking for accessories that combine a pared-back look with great practicality. This model stands out for its modern, rounded shape, which means it works not only as a practical place to hang clothes but also as a subtle decorative accent in the interior. Bola is a slim wall hook with a modern, visually light shape – it is suitable for jackets, towels, bags, dressing gowns and everyday accessories, especially where a pared-back detail and tidiness without overwhelming the interior are what matter.

The Bola collection is available in three carefully selected finishes: classic black, brushed gold and pearl grey. Brushed gold is valued for its satin sheen and for being more practical in everyday use. Black and pearl grey, on the other hand, are versatile options that work well in minimalist, modern and industrial interiors. Thanks to its design, Bola provides a sturdy place to hang everyday items while keeping its attractive appearance for a long time.

Why Bola?

Choosing this model is an investment in a detail that stays practical for years. ZnAl alloy offers good resistance to mechanical damage and good stability, so it performs better than many lighter alternatives.

The Bola series has been designed for a wide range of uses – from corridors at home and modern offices to more demanding commercial spaces. The contoured hook makes it easy to hang clothes, bags and accessories and reduces the risk of them slipping off.

Suitable uses and interiors

Bola in black goes well with modern and industrial hallways, corridors and offices, where black metal accessories create a consistent, graphic look. Brushed gold works well in more elegant and visually warmer interiors – for example in classic hallways, walk-in wardrobes and bathrooms with light-coloured walls and wooden accents. Pearl grey is a versatile option for Scandinavian, minimalist and modern interiors, where a delicate, understated detail matters.

Bola in the family of ZnAl hooks – Alegre, Andes, Bello, Bola

In the family of ZnAl hooks, the Bola model stands out for its slim shape and elongated profile. Alegre measures 20 × 40 × 67 mm and works mainly in everyday home spaces. Andes, measuring 20 × 38 × 75 mm, is more often chosen for premium and hotel interiors. Bello measures 23 × 46 × 59 mm and stands out for its more decorative character. Bola, measuring 13 × 40 × 78 mm, is the slimmest and at the same time the longest in this group. This is why it goes well with modern interiors where a visually light but practical shape matters.

FAQ – frequently asked questions Show more ▼

Is the Bola hook suitable for the bathroom?

Yes, Bola can be used in the bathroom as a towel hook or for a dressing gown or small accessories. However, avoid prolonged contact with standing water and dry the surface with a soft cloth after water splashes. Regular care helps to keep the finish looking good.

How do I choose a Bola colour for a modern hallway?

The black version goes very well with a modern hallway with light-coloured walls, creating a clear, graphic accent. Pearl grey will be more understated and subtle, while brushed gold works well where the interior needs a warmer, elegant touch.

How much does the Bola hook weigh?

A single item weighs approx. 62 g. That is a weight you can feel in your hand, resulting from the ZnAl alloy construction, despite the slim, pared-back shape.

Will the hook hold a heavy winter coat?

The Bola hook is designed for everyday use for clothes, towels, bags and accessories, but the final load capacity depends above all on the type of wall, the wall plugs chosen and correct fitting. For heavier coats, bags or backpacks, fitting to a solid mounting surface is recommended, e.g. concrete, brick, wood or a reinforced board.

Is the Bola hook suitable for hotel use?

Yes, Bola also works well in hotels and commercial spaces. Its slim shape and versatile colours mean the model suits both modern and more elegant interiors.

How do I fit the Bola wall hook?

The Bola hook should be fitted to a solid mounting surface, e.g. a wall, panel, wood or furniture board. Before fitting, choose the spot, hold the hook against the surface and mark the points for the fixing holes with a pencil. When fitting to a wall, drill the holes and use wall plugs suitable for the type of mounting surface, e.g. concrete, brick, wood or plasterboard.

Then screw the hook on firmly, making sure it is straight and does not move from side to side. When fitting to furniture or a panel, choose the screw length so that the screws do not go right through the material. Once fitting is complete, gently move the hook to check that it is securely fixed.

Can the Bola hook be fitted to plasterboard?

Yes, but you need to use wall plugs or fixings designed specifically for plasterboard. Standard wall plugs for concrete or brick may not provide sufficient stability. If the hook will be used for heavier jackets, bags or backpacks, it is best to fit it in a reinforced spot or choose fixings to suit the planned load.

Are wall plugs included?

Standard fixing screws are supplied with the wall hook. Choose the wall plugs yourself to suit the type of mounting surface, as different fixings are used for concrete, brick, wood, furniture board and plasterboard.

Where is the best place to fit the Bola hook?

The Bola hook works well in a hallway, walk-in wardrobe, bathroom, office, hotel or commercial premises. You can use it for jackets, bags, towels, dressing gowns or everyday accessories. When fitting several hooks next to each other, it is a good idea to leave enough space between them so that items can be hung comfortably.

Brushed gold	Brushed gold is best cleaned in the direction of the brushing. This finish hides minor signs of use well and is easy to look after day to day.
Pearl grey	Pearl grey needs gentle handling – it is best cleaned with a soft cloth, without pressing hard and without using abrasive cleaners.
Black	The black version works well in everyday use, although in side lighting it may show fingerprints and minor marks more quickly. Regular wiping with a soft cloth is entirely sufficient.
ZnAl alloy and chemicals	Do not allow the surface to come into prolonged contact with strong chemicals, acidic products or solvents. Gentle care without harsh detergents is the safest option.
